A simple home for everything about your home — built by someone who needed it too.
Owning a home — or a few — means owning a pile of information that's scattered everywhere: warranty cards in a drawer, appliance manuals as crumpled PDFs, maintenance dates you're supposed to just remember, and receipts buried in an inbox. When something breaks, or when you sell, that information either takes an hour to dig up or is gone entirely.
Zoyaz started as a way to fix that for one person's own home, and grew into a tool for anyone who wants their property and appliance information organized, searchable, and actually usable — not just stored.
Zoyaz is a property and home appliance management app. It keeps track of your properties, the appliances in them, warranty and maintenance information, and the documents that go with all of it — in one place, accessible from any device. Paid plans add AI-powered tools, like scanning an appliance label to auto-fill its details, so setup takes seconds instead of a spreadsheet.
It's built to work the way real ownership works: multiple properties, appliances that get replaced, homes that get sold — with a transfer feature so a new owner can pick up exactly where the last one left off.
Zoyaz is built and operated by a small, independent team based in Michigan, USA. We're not backed by a large company — we're focused on building something genuinely useful and improving it based on real feedback from the people who use it.
Questions, feedback, or something not working the way it should? We'd like to hear about it. Reach us at privacy@zoyaz.com or visit our demo to see Zoyaz in action.
